For quick results:

Every third day – one NuTan™ triple strength patch every third day. UV session every third day – 10 Minutes in a tancan / 20 minutes on a sunbed / 30 minutes in direct sunlight.

Once you have the perfect tan, one patch to be used once or twice a week with UV to maintain your tan and keep it indefinitely.
